The Therapy Process

During the first session, we will explore your current concerns to obtain a thorough understanding of your difficulties. You may be asked to complete a questionnaire to further assist with the assessment of your difficulties. Based on this initial assessment, we will propose a plan for therapy and if agreed upon, therapy sessions can commence. In subsequent sessions we will work collaboratively with you to address the areas with which you require assistance. The number of therapy sessions will vary across individuals depending on each client’s needs. We use evidence-based approaches to therapy whilst remaining sensitive to our clients’ needs at all times. We understand that it can be difficult to discuss very personal matters with somebody you do not know and therefore will provide you with the space you need, and endeavour to make the experience as comfortable as possible for you.
